The Youth Action Council is an opportunity for young people to have an active role in addressing issues that affect the youth.  YAC will strive to foster a working partnership between the Redding City Council and will provide a much needed youth voice in all issues of the community.  Additionally, YAC will take on various projects during the year such as organizing a Youth Leadership Conference, conducting youth surveys, participating in community service projects and sponsoring music events for Redding youth.
